Esa provides personal training across 6-weekly training blocks, designed to suit your ability, your goals and the space where you exercise. You can expect a mix of strength, flexibility, mobility and cardio activity, drills and techniques in your personal training plan.
Personal training can take place at her fully equipped gym or in your home (Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay or Faversham) or at a nearby park or beach.
Esa will provide weight training equipment as required for each personal training session whether you are training at home or in her own dedicated gym.
Your 6 week personal training plan includes additional home workout plans for you to complete between each weekly session. Esa will also check in with you each week to provide accountability and feedback on your training.

Once a week 1 x 1 hour personal training

One-off personal training sessions to pep up your performance, focus on form or motivate you to try new exercises, heavier weights or challenging super sets.
These one-off sessions do not include additional workout plans.
£13 class pass / £65 carnet for 6 classes
Esa's Core & Mobility classes take place at 7am every Wednesday at Whitstable Yoga & Wellbeing Centre and 8am, every Thursday at Shakti Den, Cromwell Road, Whitstable.
In weekly classes, Esa will guide you strengthening your core and developing your mobility. Buy passes and book your place in class in advance. Click the button for all you need to know.
